Marcelino Garcia is a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate and Senior Partner of the Garcia- Ayala International Group, with 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. In his real estate practice, he serves the San Antonio and Texas markets. Marcelino is active in all facets of CRE, working with local, regional and national companies in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties; medical office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, land and multifamily complex. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and conducts a Commercial Real Estate training workshop for small business owners in conjunction with The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) – Small Businesses Development Center (SBDC).

Leslie Yessenia Ayala is Managing Partner of the Garcia-Ayala International Group. With over 7 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate industry, Leslie earned her Real Estate Finance & Development Degree from the Alvarez College of Business at The University of Texas at San Antonio. In her current role, she specializes in investment property markets, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and innovative real estate solutions to domestic and international clients. Leslie also conducts a Commercial Real Estate training workshop for small business owners in conjunction with The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) – Small Businesses Development Center (SBDC).

A life-long resident of the great state of Texas, Jenny began here real estate career in 1999 and has been an integral part of the Garcia-Ayala International Group for the last five years. Her remarkable qualities and tireless work ethic
makes her a favorite among her clients. Jenny’s knowledge, poise under pressure and unique skill set offers her clients an invaluable advantage in this complex world of residential real estate. In addition, she’s earned both a Bachelors and Master Degree in Business Administration. When Jenny is not working with her clients, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs Chloe and Coco, traveling, and CrossFit activities.
